Dhalgarwaad, one of the oldest cloth markets in the heritage city of Ahmedabad. This cloth market provides all the traditional textiles to explore and experiment. Generally Dhalgarwaad is popularly known for flamboyant cotton textiles.

The city has been very well known for the business of cotton, silk and embroidery since years now. Therefore due to its vast textile mills and export, the field of textile industry of Ahmedabad was titled as ‘Manchester of India’

Textile mills have deprived since two decades now, but Dhalgarwaad still stand strong will lot of designers discovering their best from the raw pieces found here.
