Just Mexican started in January 2012 by young and dynamic entrepreneurs who incorporated their vision and observation into effect.

The inception of Just Mexican took place from a food wagon placed outside CEPT University in Ahmedabad, India.

After a successful experiment from the food wagon, Just Mexican opened its first outlet in July 2012 and within a short span has opened three more outlets spread across different areas of Ahmedabad.
